Admission Requirements

On going Enrollment 2025

STEP 1: ASSESSMENT

Submit admission requirements to the admissions team and have it checked. Wait for the schedule of the entrance exam or assessment.

STEP 2: REGISTRATION

Fill out the registration form:

You may register via onsite at Discovery School or online. Wait for the verification of the accomplished form.

STEP 3: PAYMENT

Choose payment schemes for school fees, books, and uniforms. You may pay at the cashier or via online bank transfer.

Please make sure to take a clear screenshot or copy of the proof of payment and send it to
businessoffice@dcdmi.com

STEP 4: VALIDATION

Go to the validation room for provision of school’s gmail account, school uniform fitting, releasing of books, and  school requirements.

Present the receipt from the cashier to claim books, uniform, and other materials.

Admission Requirements:
For New Students / Transferees

  • PSA Birth Certificates (photocopy)

  • ECCD Checklist with LRN (Grade 1)

  • Report Card (Form 138)

  • Form 137/SF10

  • Good moral certificate

For Children with Special Needs

  • Referral for inclusion from Developmental Pediatrician

  • Assessment reports from Developmental Pediatrician or Occupational Therapist
